Jordyn Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Music after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Music degree in Fall of 2020. Jordyn studied under Dr. Jennifer Parker-Harley in the UofSC Flute Studio for four years and received additional instruction from various graduate students as well. With almost 15 years of experience on the flute, Jordyn enjoys teaching private and group flute lessons for students in the Columbia and Greenville areas, and she has been a part of various groups and ensembles throughout her performing career. Jordyn is currently a member of the Greenville Concert Band and provides lessons to students of all ages at Musical Innovations located in Greenville, SC.
In addition to private lessons, Jordyn also visits schools in the area to lead masterclasses for local directors, helping students ready themselves for events such as Region and All-State auditions, CPA performances, and Solo and Ensemble.
Outside of playing the flute, Jordyn enjoys spending time outside, going on adventures with her loving husband and beautiful baby boy, and spending time with her family down in Columbia!
